Mermaid Salon CryBaby Aqua-Liner is a traditional eyeliner / face paint hybrid.

The product is a solid ‘cake’ ofpigment that turns to a cream or liquid when activated with water. The consistency is up to you!

Use a wet brush of desired size to mix water with the pigment cake to produce a creamy that is ready to apply! It can be used on your eyelid as a liner or as a face paint.

This is a miniature pot – 2.8cm in diameter, but a little goes a long way.
